Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our full-time Home & Community Neurorehabilitation team. You will deliver 1:1, real‑world therapy in patients' homes and communities, managing evaluation through discharge and coordinating with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by the state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current OT license
