Job summary

The Village For Families & Children seeks an in-home MST-EA Licensed or license-eligible Therapist to serve emerging adults (17-26) and their families within the justice system. You will deliver MST-EA services, participate in training, and collaborate with probation and community partners to support safe, lasting change.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, statewide travel, on-call rotation, and a strong support network with ongoing clinical supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or related field.
• CT license eligibility preferred; associate license required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home MST-EA clinical services to emerging adults and families.
• Engages in safety planning and crisis intervention as needed.
• Completes clinical documentation including assessments and treatment plans.
• Participates in supervision and contributes to treatment planning.
• Maintains communication with Probation Officers and community partners.
• Works flexible hours and participates in on-call rotation.
• Complies with agency policies and funder requirements.
