Job summary

The Village for Families & Children is seeking a MST-EA clinician to deliver in-home services and treatment within the Greater Hartford area. You will perform assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention and ongoing case management following the MST-EA model.

Requirements include a Master’s in social work or related field, CT license eligibility, bilingual Spanish skills, and readiness for statewide travel and 24/7 on-call coverage.

• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent services.
• Knowledge of population and criminal justice system preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, engage in statewide travel and provide 24/7 on-call rotation coverage.
• Physical abilities required to accomplish the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provides MST-EA clinical services to clients and families involved in the justice system.
• Engages in assessment, engagement, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case management and discharge planning.
• Completes clinical documentation on active cases and reports.
• Participates in supervision and consultation to inform treatment planning.
• Maintains adherence to MST-EA model and completes required documentation.
