Job summary

The Village is hiring licensed or license-eligible In-Home Therapists for Emerging Adults (MST-EA) in the Greater Hartford, CT area. The role provides clinical services in clients’ homes and across the state, with a focus on crisis intervention, engagement, and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent services.
• Knowledge of population and criminal justice system preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, engage in statewide travel and provide 24/7 on-call rotation coverage.
• Physical abilities to perform essential functions, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in MST-EA training and demonstrates understanding of the model.
• Provides direct clinical services to emerging adults and families involved in the justice system.
• Engages clients in comprehensive safety planning.
• Completes clinical documentation for all active cases (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans).
• Participates in weekly supervision/consultation and incorporates feedback into treatment planning.
• Maintains documentation and reports per agency policies and funder requirements.
• Develops collaborative relationships with Probation Officers and community agencies.
