Job summary

The Village in Southern CT is seeking a Bilingual Intensive In-home Therapist to provide MST-EA clinical services for adults and families involved in the justice system. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, crisis intervention, case management and discharge planning, delivering services in clients’ homes and coordinating with Probation and community partners.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in social work or a related field, license eligibility in Connecticut (LMSW,

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field.
• License eligible in CT; LMSW, MFT-A, or LPC-A.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is required.
• Experience with justice-involved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home MST-EA clinical services per model requirements.
• Conducts assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Performs crisis intervention and case management.
• Completes documentation (assessment notes, treatment plans, safety plans).
• Communicates progress with Probation Officers and community partners.
• Maintains 24/7 on-call rotation and flexible scheduling.
