Qualificações

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients while maintaining professionalism, respect and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and education during deliveries, service calls, pickups, and repairs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and document equipment issues promptly.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and comply with policies.
• Communicate delivery status and issues with office staff and teams; collaborate to resolve problems.
