You will work directly with patients, therapists, and ATPs to customize equipment to patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex mobility equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, setup, and education of mobility equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and patient needs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and document equipment issues in a timely, accurate manner.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation, including billing-related forms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle in compliance with policies.
• Communicate with office staff, operations teams, and partners about delivery status and service issues.
