Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC is seeking a positive, well-spoken receptionist to answer phones and assist the Office Manager with the Medical Schedulers. The role includes triage of calls and helping patients understand their concerns.

You will manage patient referrals, scan and upload documents to the EMR, sort medical documents, and return patient calls while maintaining a friendly, respectful work environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office products.
• Must have a great phone voice.
• Must have worked in a medical office in the past.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be respectful to all staff members.
• Must be willing to take direction.
