Job summary

Accendra Health seeks Delivery Technicians to bring medical equipment to patients in their homes and provide exceptional customer service. You will set up devices, demonstrate basic operation, and help patients solve issues so they feel confident using the equipment.

The role includes logging deliveries, vehicle checks, and coordinating with care teams. A valid license, clean driving record, and completion of our Driver Training program are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum three years driving history.
• At least one year related work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Active, valid Driver’s License at all times.
• Successful completion of Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment and supplies onto/off delivery vehicles.
• Deliver equipment to homecare patients; set up and instruct on use.
• Pick up equipment and communicate estimated arrival times to patients/families.
• Complete daily logs and vehicle maintenance logs; use iPad for documentation.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report issues to leadership.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations and on-call requirements.
