Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients in their homes. The role involves loading and unloading equipment, providing basic usage instructions, and completing daily logs.

On-call delivery and safety reporting are part of the duties. The job requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have 3+ years driving history.
• Must complete Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients' homes.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain delivery vehicle.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and DME equipment.
• Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork.
• Respond to on-call delivery requests as needed.
• Report unsafe home conditions and assist with repairs as required.
