Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients in the home. The role requires loading and unloading equipment, completing logs, and potentially assisting with basic setup and training for patients.

Strong attention to safety, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are essential, along with 1+ year of related experience and high school diploma or equivalent. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive teammate benefits.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one year related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment and supplies to patients' homes.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment and other approved devices.
• Load and unload equipment onto delivery vehicle and complete paperwork.
• Respond to emergency delivery calls during regular business hours and on-call as needed.
• Maintain patient profile supplies and report unsafe home conditions to supervisor.
