GYMGUYZ East Bay & Tri-Valley is seeking a Sales & Assessment Manager (Master Trainer) who blends fitness expertise with strong sales ability and leadership. You will convert leads into clients by conducting assessments and closing training package sales, while supporting program design with the trainer team.

The role also drives community outreach, field marketing, and events to grow the brand across Pleasanton and surrounding areas, with a focus on high-energy leadership and measurable

Qualifications

CPR/AED certification required.
3+ years of personal training experience.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Ability to connect with clients and build trust.
Experience in fitness or membership sales.
Leadership or mentoring experience with other trainers.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads and schedule assessments.
Conduct in-home or on-site fitness assessments.
Recommend training programs and close sales.
Maintain high conversion from assessment to client.
