Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to deliver in-home training, craft personalized programs, and promote our brand to drive new business. You will conduct assessments, close initial sales, and may mentor teammates to support growth.

This role requires travel to clients' homes, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in fitness and sales. Opportunities for advancement and extensive development are offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients with varied goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor and train fellow Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through marketing efforts and promote the brand.
