GYMGUYZ in Houston is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering exceptional client results at homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will conduct initial assessments, design and lead sessions for individuals and small groups, drive local marketing, support sales goals, and champion DRIVE values with ongoing professional development. This role offers a clear leadership path and growth opportunities within the GYMGUYZ network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results.

• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Compensation
