Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice of King County is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Home Health in Kitsap and Pierce Counties. We offer part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team that backs autonomous nursing in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license (or in place before first day of work).
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patient homes.
• Wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management.
• Perform skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation.
• Educate and support patients and families/caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
