Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts in Washington to provide in-home care across Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom counties.

Competitive pay: $40–$47 per hour, with flexible scheduling, paid training and CEU opportunities, and a personal tablet for electronic charting. Full-time and part-time positions available, no minimal weekly caseload, 1:1 caseload.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to Detail.

• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication.
• Home Health Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
