Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for hospice patients in King County, WA. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, ideally in hospice or home health.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow hospice policies and implement care plans under the RN's direction.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
