• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft design solutions.
• Present customized portfolios tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct in-home consultations to capture space needs and vision.
• Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture and product knowledge.
