Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Performs central line care, home infusion, wound care, assessment, and medication administration.
• Calculates, prepares and administers medications by the five rights of medication administration.
• Provides Family Centered Care and patient/caregiver education for prescribed therapies.
• Communicates clearly with patient, family and health care team; documents per standards.
