Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes around Atlanta. You will provide infusion therapies, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and pharmacists to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires GA RN license, at least 1 year nursing experience, strong IV skills, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be involved in nearby areas and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Must live within an hour of Atlanta.
• Registered Nurse with current GA license.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• CPR certification current.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience documenting patient care in MS Office.
• On-call rotation as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Use IV experience and personal touch to aid patient recovery at home.
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion visits and patient education per physician plan.
• May require additional licensure in multi-state service areas.
• Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists and partners with excellent communication.
• Pursue ongoing training on new infusion tech and clinical requirements; CRNI certification possible.
