Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapies within the Atlanta area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality one-on-one care to patients in their homes, improving comfort and outcomes under physician plans.
The ideal candidate has an RN license in GA, at least one year of nursing experience, strong IV skills, and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, with opportunities for CRNI
Qualifications
- Must live within an hour of Atlanta
- Registered Nurse with current license in GA
- Minimum one year nursing experience
- Strong IV insertion skills
- CPR certification current
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Experience documenting patient care in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Provide infusion therapies in patients' homes
- Use IV experience to aid patient recovery at home
- Conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and education
- May require additional licensure in multi-state areas
- Interact with patient, physician, pharmacist and partners
- Pursue ongoing certification (CRNI) with potential reimbursement
