Job summary
CVS Health, a leader in home infusion services, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) to visit patients across New York City. You will administer infusion therapies at home, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and pharmacists to support optimal care.
The role requires NY RN licensure, infusion experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. A full-time schedule with travel within NYC is offered, with competitive benefits and on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in NY.
- Minimum one year nursing experience.
- Minimum one year infusion/IV experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document patient care.
- On-call rotation as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide broad range of infusion therapies in patients' homes.
- Deliver one-on-one home infusion nursing visits and patient education.
- Maintain documentation per physician's plan.
- Travel to patients across NYC five boroughs as needed.
- Receive ongoing training on infusion technology and clinical requirements.
- Ensure excellent written and verbal communication with patients and partners.
