Griffith-Energy is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to provide expert troubleshooting and repair for residential heating equipment. You will be the public face of the company during in-home visits, combining technical expertise with top‑notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience servicing residential air conditioning and heating equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet motor vehicle policy.
• Strong technical skills paired with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Make service calls to customer homes and provide expert troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain a professional image and advocate for the company during visits.
• Identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations, and close simple sales.
• Perform efficiency tests on combustion related installations and complete paperwork.
• Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments; use PPE and keep tools inventory organized.
