Job summary

Griffith Energy Services is hiring HVAC Service Technicians in the Westminster area to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. You will be the public face of the company during in-home visits, combining technical expertise with excellent customer service to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC certifications a plus.
Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assess customers' equipment and service needs.
Troubleshoot and repair residential AC/heating equipment.
Identify revenue opportunities, advise customers, and close eligible sales.
Perform efficiency tests on combustion-related installations.
Prepare accurate daily paperwork.
Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments.
Maintain safety PPE and keep the service van and inventory organized.
