Job summary

Carroll Home Services, LLC seeks an HVAC Service Technician to service customer homes, troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment, and provide exceptional customer support. You will be the public face of the company during in-home visits and must communicate clearly while ensuring safety and quality.

The role offers overtime opportunities, a competitive compensation package, and potential advancement as the company grows. A valid driver’s license and HVAC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Experience servicing residential AC and heating equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s motor vehicle policy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to expand technical knowledge and obtain new licenses.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance.

Responsibilities

• Make service calls to customer homes and provide troubleshooting and repair service.
• Maintain a professional and friendly image and advocate for the company and its brand.
• Identify revenue opportunities, recommend and close sales when possible.
• Perform efficiency tests on combustion related installations.
• Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments; prepare accurate daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean service van and properly account for tools and inventory.
