Job summary

Air Experts, part of the ARS family of brands, is seeking a residential in-home sales professional in New Jersey to meet homeowners and present tailored HVAC systems with strong install support and warranties.

Enjoy warm leads, no cold-calling, and an uncapped commission structure with weekly settlements after training, plus a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone and laptop provided. Insurance and benefits available after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Residential in-home sales experience required.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces, work evenings/weekends as needed.
