Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant. You will meet homeowners with warm leads, present solutions, and close on-site with confidence.

No cold calling; you’ll receive pre-qualified appointments, a base pay plus uncapped commission, and four weeks of paid training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO. Travel to client homes as needed. Company car and gas card provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to homes.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners who requested a visit — assessing needs, recommending the right system, and presenting solutions with confidence.
• Building accurate, competitive quotes on the spot and closing the deal.
• Following up to keep customers happy, protect referrals, and keep your pipeline healthy.
• Sharpening your craft through ongoing training on product, pricing, and sales technique.
