You will present solutions, build quotes on the spot, and close deals with homeowners, while receiving ongoing training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Competitive, money-motivated mindset.
• Sharp communication skills; able to simplify technical information.
• Coachable and driven; receptive to feedback and growth.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments.
• A valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners to assess needs and present solutions.
• Build accurate, competitive quotes on the spot and close deals.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and protect referrals.
