New Era Plumbing & HVAC, LLC is seeking an In-Home Sales Professional to meet with homeowners, assess heating, cooling, and comfort needs, and offer tailored solutions. You’ll guide customers through decisions while delivering a professional, educational, and customer-focused experience.

The role emphasizes meeting in-home with homeowners, presenting financing options, and maintaining records in ServiceTitan. Base salary plus commission with competitive benefits supports a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, remodeling, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to present solutions professionally and confidently
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
• Strong computer and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations and sales appointments
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement/upgrade opportunities
• Present customized solutions and financing options in person
• Handle all company-furnished leads professionally and communicate disposition to Sales Manager
• Generate at least 25% of your own leads through referrals
• Be in the office by 7:00 AM and call in every three (3) hours while in the field
• Familiarize yourself with the company's payment terms and clearly communicate them to customers when a contract is signed
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
• Consistently achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction
