Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking In-Home Hospice and Euthanasia Veterinarians to serve pet families in the Menomonee Falls & Germantown, Wisconsin area. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient-family relationships, and veterinary practice in a house-call setting, focused on end-of-life care with compassion and clinical judgment.

Ideal candidates will be DVMs with active licenses, comfortable traveling to homes, and a passion for supportive quality-of-life and humane euthanasia services,

Qualifications

• DV M or equivalent with active licensure in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and humane euthanasia services.
• Travel independently to scheduled appointments in a mobile care setting.
