Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree.
- Active State Veterinary License.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional end-of-life care.
- Availability consistent with the position’s schedule, including some weekends.
- Hospice experience is not required; transition support provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and peaceful euthanasia care for patients.
- Support families during end-of-life care with compassionate communication.
- Coordinate with support staff to schedule and manage cases.
