Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active veterinary license in the state(s) of service.
• Willingness to travel to client homes across the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services.
• Travel independently to scheduled in-home visits in a mobile care model.
• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, sedation, and euthanasia when appropriate.
• Educate families about quality-of-life decisions and care options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and professional communication with families.
