Qualificações

• Graduate of National League of Nursing accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in State.
• Minimum one year of experience as a professional nurse within the last three years; or a baccalaureate degree in nursing from an NLN-accredited program with a current RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Completes comprehensive assessments of patient and family to determine hospice needs and develops a plan of care.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process and administers medications as prescribed.
• Acts as Case Manager and coordinates patient care for assigned caseload; participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
