• Proven ability to sell face-to-face with homeowners.
• Experience with high-ticket products/services is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
