PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in Devine, TX. You will empower clients to regain independence, deliver personalized, goal-oriented therapy, and collaborate with families to support recovery journeys in the patients' homes.

Requirements include an active TX OT license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in OT. Home health or rehab experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in current OT methods and compassionate

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas OT license
• Professional liability insurance for TX OT practice
• Graduate degree or higher in OT
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse patients
• Strong foundation in current OT treatment methods and tools
• Professional, compassionate communication skills

Aufgaben

• Support clients in developing, recovering, and maintaining daily living/work skills
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision
• Adapt interventions to enhance safety and independence in ADLs/IADLs
• Educate clients on breaking tasks into steps and using adaptive strategies
• Advise on and train use of adaptive equipment
• Assess home environments and suggest modifications
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for guidance and education
• Track and report patient progress toward goals
• Document care provided and maintain records
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure progress
