Job summary

Flournoy Health System is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time home health care in Sumter County, GA. You will provide nursing services to medically fragile clients in their homes, following established Plans of Care and within your LPN scope of practice.

Requirements include an active GA LPN license, current BLS certification, ability to travel within the territory, and driving with adequate auto insurance. Experience in home health or GAPP/CCSP programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.
