Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. is seeking physician contractors (MD/DO) to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Visits focus on overall health, medication history review, and identifying barriers to care, without prescribing or altering current treatment.

Compensation includes $3,000–$5,000 per week (about 6–9 visits daily at $100 per completed assessment) plus possible pay‑per‑test bonuses; shifts Monday–Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care
• Earn weekly pay: up to $3,000–$5,000 with base $100 per completed assessment
• Additional pay-per-test compensation for eligible visits
• Shifts available Monday–Sunday; no nights/weekends required
• Short- or long-term engagements; pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
• Travel assistance with airfare, hotel, and rental car where eligible
• Malpractice coverage provided
• Availability incentives based on weekly availability
• Paid collaborative physician roles in certain states
