Job summary

ATC Indianapolis is seeking an In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) for Central Indiana. You will drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties to complete orientations, assess ADLs/IADLs, and train families on the plan of care.

Most visits occur during daytime hours Monday–Friday. You choose how many visits to take; pay is $40 per completed assessment plus mileage, with paid training and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Minimum home-care experience or equivalent in caregiving.
• Active healthcare license or credential preferred (CNA/QMA/HHA/LPN/RN).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable in clients' homes and with paperwork; basic digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties.
• Complete home orientations and required paperwork.
• Assess ADLs/IADLs, the home environment, and caregiver fit.
• Train the family or designated caregiver on the plan of care.
• Complete follow-up / supervisory visits as assigned.
• Enter notes the same day.
