Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking an In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) for Central Indiana. You will drive to homes in the Indianapolis metro area, complete orientations, assess ADLs/IADLs, and help coordinate care plans with families.

This PRN position offers $40 per completed assessment plus mileage, paid training, and weekly pay. Flexible hours with no minimum requirement; most visits are daytime, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• CNA, QMA, HHA, LPN or RN or solid home-care / senior-care experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned homes in the Indianapolis metro and surrounding counties.
• Complete home orientations and required paperwork.
• Assess ADLs/IADLs, the home environment, and caregiver fit.
• Train the family or designated caregiver on the plan of care.
• Complete follow-up / supervisory visits as assigned.
• Enter notes the same day.
