Job summary

Legacy Home Care in Le Center, MN, is seeking Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) with flexible hours. Earn $20.00–$23 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and benefits. The role involves driving to clients' homes, providing hands‑on care, and building strong rapport with clients to support independence.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Willing to travel up to 35 miles from your home to clients' homes.
1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
Ability to pass a multiple‑choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client.
Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands‑on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises.
