Job summary

Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is hiring Home Health Aides (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care in Long Lake and surrounding communities. The role offers a pay rate of $20.00 - $23 per hour with part-time daytime schedules and opportunities for bonuses.

Caregiver responsibilities include driving to clients, spending 2+ hours with each visit, helping with bathing, dressing, daily living activities, and maintaining a clean home.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus)
• Must pass a multi-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client
• Build rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living
• Maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and exercises

Skills

18 years or older

Valid documentation to work in the U.S

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle

Travel up to 35 miles

1+ year caregiving experience
