Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care in the Twin Cities area. Earn $20.00-$23.00 per hour with part-time daytime shifts and opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients’ homes
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus)
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises
