Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will drive to clients' homes, provide personal care, and support daily living activities with autonomy and flexibility.

We offer part-time daytime shifts, up to $23/hour, and bonuses, plus benefits such as health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement within our family of companies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients' homes.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises.
