Legacy Home Care in Minnesota is seeking Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care in the Twin Cities area. The role offers part-time days with a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour and bonuses up to $2,000. You will travel to clients’ homes, building rapport and supporting independence.

Caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, daily living activities, and light household tasks while enjoying autonomy and potential career advancement within the family of companies.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA certification is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles to clients’ homes.
• Must pass a caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsabilités

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adults during regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and exercises.
