Job summary

Optum Care Caretenders is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) in Indiana to provide in-home personal care and supportive health services, helping patients maintain physical and emotional well‑being.

You will perform daily living assistance, document observations for the care team, and drive to patient homes as needed while upholding safety standards and compassionate care. IN registry compliance is required; CPR is preferred; home care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• IN: In good standing on the state aide registry.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Report observations of the client's condition to the supervisor.
• Drive safely when required and follow traffic regulations.
• Work in diverse home environments with respect and professionalism.
