Job summary

Right at Home Greater Jax in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL seeks compassionate caregivers. No experience required; training provided. Earn $15-$17 per hour with biweekly pay and a $3,000 bonus potential. Flexible hours, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits are available.

You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor safety, and communicate with families and health professionals. A valid driver's license and pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Drivers License is required.
• Auto Insurance is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area.
• Level 2 Background Screening/Fingerprinting in ACHA.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.
• Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client’s emotional and medical condition.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
