Job summary

Right at Home of Greater Jacksonville is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join an award-winning team serving adults in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. Competitive pay, flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Be willing to complete Level 2 background check.
• Willing to travel within 30–35 minutes of the greater JAX area.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely.
• Own a smartphone capable of running Android or iPhone apps for scheduling.
• Compliance with FL Home Health Agency employee requirements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Able to pass background check (Clearinghouse).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with ADLs and mobility (transfers, walking, safety supervision).
• Prepare meals, do laundry and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Offer companionship and dementia care.
• Collaborate with team to improve clients' quality of life.

Skills
