Job summary

Right at Home Greater Jacksonville is seeking caring caregivers to provide one-on-one home health support for adults and seniors in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine.

The role offers flexible full-/part-time schedules, with opportunities for promotions and pay increases as you gain experience. You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation assistance while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely.
• English reading, writing, speaking as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured car.
• Background screening requirement (Level 2).
• Mobile smartphone that can run Android or iPhone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with ADLs like bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
• Assist transfers, walking and safety supervision.
• Meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation and errands/appointments assistance.
• Companionship and dementia care.
• Work as part of a team to improve the quality of life.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
