Job summary

Comfort Keepers in the Brainerd area is hiring an in-home health aide to support clients with daily personal care, meals, and light housekeeping. The role offers competitive wages and a clear path for CNA training.

Starting pay is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs, with a wage increase to $20/hour upon CNA certification after 5 months. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities for education advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.
