Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring for in-home health aides in the Brainerd area. Starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20–$21/hour for CNAs, with a wage increase to $20/hour upon CNA certification after 5 months of employment.

We offer free CNA classes, a path to education advancement, Weekly Pay Checks, PTO, and a 24/7 support staff to assist you in delivering quality care to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record.
• Driver's license held for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs.
• Assist with mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.
